Before You Track
- Crafting time: Every gift is personalized by hand, so please allow 3–5 business days for crafting before your tracking number activates.
- Tracking sync delay: Carriers typically take 1–3 business days to update tracking data after your gift ships.
- Split shipments: If you ordered multiple personalized items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
