Processing & Dispatch
Because every Ciftia gift is personalized and handcrafted to order, production takes a little longer than off-the-shelf items. Your total delivery time = crafting time + transit time.
- Crafting time: 3–5 business days — this is the time we spend personalizing, engraving, and quality-checking your gift before it ships.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. We'll send you a confirmation email the moment your gift leaves our workshop.
Split Shipments
Because your order may include multiple personalized items crafted in different workshops:
- If your cart contains items from different product categories (e.g., a watch and a blanket), they may ship separately.
- You'll receive multiple tracking numbers for each parcel — they may arrive on different days, which is completely normal.
Tracking Your Order
Once your gift is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link via email. A few things to keep in mind:
- Tracking data may take 1–2 business days to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch — this is standard.
- Use the tracking number on our Track Order page or the carrier's official website for the latest updates.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipping means crossing borders. Here's what you need to know:
- Shipping fees cover transportation only. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.
- Most orders to the US, UK, and EU clear customs smoothly. In rare cases, local authorities may hold your package for inspection — we'll help you track it.
Address Accuracy
We want your gift to find you without a hitch. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
- If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@ciftia.com.
- Once your order enters the crafting and shipping process, we're unable to change the delivery address.
